Featherstride Mobility ("we", "us") sells mobility aids and related products through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include the amount payable for the product. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm your order and reference number once it is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order affected by an error, in which case any payment already received will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer using the details provided on your order confirmation. Please include your payment reference so we can match your payment to your order. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days once payment has been received and confirmed in our account.

Shipping

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of your payment being confirmed. Delivery timeframes after dispatch depend on your location and the carrier used, and will be confirmed with you at the time of dispatch.
